This day in North Carolina was nothing less than amazing. Can’t wait to share the rest of the pictures….
“I got up last night and just watched her sleep.” Said Joan, the MOB, to me. “This is it. This is the day we’ve dreamed about.” It was rainy, and cloudy and a lil chilly but nothing could dampen Karen’s joy. And guess what, the rain held off, and it was perfect all day! 
The love that oozed out of Karen and Derek was so strong you could taste it on this, the day they had waited for. Sometimes we have the privilege to meet a couple who are each other’s perfect match. This was one of those times. <3

Joan is super talented. She made the cake. She made the bridesmaid’s dresses. And she was a calm, cool, and collected Mother of the Bride. This love was amazing also.
