Sunshine filtered through the leaves in a dappled pattern on a golden afternoon. Avenel looked fabulous dressed in magnolia leaves, baby’s breath and lace. Upstairs in the rooms where Robert E Lee and his family once stayed, girls giggled and popped champagne. Boys popped collars and wrestled with ties and cuff links. And the Southern summer weather reflected the warm emotions running through the wedding day of Ben & Kathryn.
