During the toasting one of the best men mentioned that Joe first described Allison as, “a hottie with a body” after meeting her for the first time. Awesome! haha! It was so easy to see that the initial attraction between them had deepened and turned into a love affair that will last a lifetime. Allison had put lots of loving time and touches into her special day, including the cute signs, and table runners. And she and her family home-made a whole delicious table of treats. I remember the excitement and the happiness on her face as she put her dress on right before walking down the aisle, and I pray that the excitement and joy of their special day lasts for years to come! Congratulations, friends!

I love a trip south to North Carolina. Every wedding I’ve had the pleasure of shooting there has been full of Southern hospitality and charm. Jana and Neil’s bright and lovely wedding was a super fun event. Favorite moments: The exchange of their gifts, the lil girls Jana teaches, and wandering about on an amazing afternoon to take some portraits with a couple deep in love, and deeply happy.

After the reception we headed over to a local farm to make some portraits for them. The light was utterly and absolutely perfect. Jana & Neil weren’t too shabby either.
